Tahini Cookies

I let them bake 10 minutes until brown for better taste. I also propose a classical 3-2-1 (flower/butter/sugar) recipe with a little more butter than 2. For example: 250 g flower/ 130-135 g butter and 63 g sugar. Let bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 20 minutes (middle level in oven, two-sided heat) (until more than golden brown). I need two layers of aluminium foil for the cookies so they do not burn from the downside. Delicious with minced ginger inside! (not my recipe, but from an owner from a former restaurant in Freiburg)
