If for one reason or another you do not feel well, you need to change this, if you want to "lead a happy life", but in any case to be healthy.

The resulting stress from negativity and perhaps personal reasons must come to a halt because it has a fatal effect on health- through resulting high Cortisol (which cannot eternally be reversed by some measures against it consuming a lot of time too). And on the other side too low Cortisol. It´s an imbalance.

Gabor Maté writes about the detrimental effect of stress in his book "When the body says no- the cost of hidden stress". Stress must not be severe, it can also just happen through an unfavorable lifestyle! E.g. too much in front of the computer-screen/cellphone/TV etc or a stressful life with nightshifts and not enough sleep. Also food and nutrition plays a role in this with high blood levels e.g., say by too much coffee, or Coca-cola which has the same effect through sugar and also caffeine can influence it.
