I love the world: be it the "openness" in the USA, the Italian language and kitchen, the French countryside, the Moroccan desert and different old districts of cities, the Russian vastness in nature and its spirit (I was lucky to live in a Datcha {a house in the countryside} for a week 2 hours from Moscow as teenager), the Belgian diligent capital of Europe Brussels, the Israeli special atmosphere/spirit and kitchen, Armenian nativeness and Tajik greatness, Turkish livelyness, Dutch coziness.
As food lover/cook&baker I like to mention all my favorite different culinary "arts"/dishes of the countries. The list would be very big, but to mention a few are the "True Neapolitan Pizza", Italian pasta dishes, Hummus&Masabacha, various soups a.o. the Russian "Borschschtsch" and the Turkish lentil soup "kirmizi mercimek" (sic!), the Banana Cream Pie and American Buttermilk Pancakes... not to mention all the other specialties and products of the countries I know.

To my sorrow there have always been conflicts and wars since I can remember.
